Fitness Class Booking Cancellation
- Cancellation fee of £2.00 will be applied to your account if less than 2 hours notice is given to cancel your class booking
- £2.00 'No Show' fee will be applied to your account for non-attendance of a Fitness Class Booking
- Cancellation fees should be paid within 14 days of the class cancellation date
- If cancellation is due to an emergency/illness, please contact the Admin Team via email: info@thejunctionbroadstone.co.uk, the fee will then be cleared
Swim Session Booking Cancellation
- Cancellation fee of £2.00 will be applied to your account if less than 2 hours notice is given to cancel your Public Swim Session Booking
- £2.00 'No Show' fee will be applied to your account for non-attendance of a Public Swim Session Booking
- Cancellation fees should be paid within 14 days of the Public Swim Session cancellation date
